This is a structured 16-week journey designed to move you from beginner to job-ready.

Phase 1 — Training (Weeks 1–8)

You’ll learn the systems, tools, and communication skills used by real international customer support teams.

Phase 2 — Live Deployment (Weeks 9–16)

You’ll work on a real commercial floor at CBO, handling live campaigns and gaining verified work experience for your CV.

This is not simulated practice — it’s real exposure to the industry.
